The young singer Espinoza Paz was among those starts, who won more than 1 Lo Nuestro Awards 2010. Luis Fonsi took Pop Male Artist of the Year, the second for Pop Song of the Year and the third for Collaboration of the Year.

Live performances o f the Los Premios Lo Nuestro Latin Music Awards 2010 includes Daddy Yankee turned on the runway with her new song “control,” while other artists such as Espinoza Paz, Paquita la del Barrio, Thalia, Jenni Rivera, Chayanne, David Bisbal, Cristian Castro, Banda el Recodo, Luis Enrique Tito “El Bambino “Pee Wee and held aloft the event with their presentations.
